Login credentials may not be shared with third parties. <\/p><ol start=\"4\"><li><p><strong>Subscription and Duration<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ol><p>4.1 The Subscription is entered into for an initial period of 12 months (1 year).<\/p><p>4.2 Renewal of the Subscription only occurs with the explicit consent of the Customer. TB Academy will send the Customer a written or email reminder at least one month before the end of the subscription period. <\/p><p>4.3 Cancellation by the Customer can be submitted in writing via email to <a href=\"mailto:info@tb-academy.nl\">info@tb-academy.nl<\/a> or through the customer dashboard, no later than one month before the end of the current subscription period.<\/p><ol start=\"5\"><li><p><strong>Prices and Payment<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ol><p>5.1 Current prices and payment methods are listed on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tb-academy.nl\/en\/rates\/\">https:\/\/www.tb-academy.nl\/tarieven\/<\/a> before concluding the agreement.<\/p><p>5.2 Payment must be made prior to the activation of the Subscription through the offered payment methods.<\/p><p>5.3 All amounts are exclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.<\/p><p>5.4 In case of late payment, TB Academy is entitled to suspend access until full payment is received.<\/p><ol start=\"6\"><li><p><strong>Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ol><p>6.1 Consumers have a right of withdrawal for distance sales of 14 days after the day of registration, provided no access to the modules has been used.<\/p><p>6.2 Exercise of the right of withdrawal must be done in writing via the model form or by an unambiguous statement by email.<\/p><p>6.3 If the Customer has already used the modules, the right of withdrawal for the respective modules expires.<\/p><ol start=\"7\"><li><p><strong>Duty to Inform and Retrievability<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ol><p>7.1 TB Academy informs the Customer prior to the agreement about the essential characteristics of the Services, the price, payment and delivery conditions, and the right of withdrawal.<\/p><p>7.2 The Customer can save and print these general terms and conditions and a specification of the order.<\/p><ol start=\"8\"><li><p><strong>Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ol><p>8.1 All intellectual property rights to the content of the learning platform belong to TB Academy or its licensors.<\/p><p>8.2 The Customer is not allowed to copy, distribute, or edit the content without prior written permission.<\/p><ol start=\"9\"><li><p><strong>Liability<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ol><p>9.1 TB Academy aims for uninterrupted and error-free service but cannot guarantee this.<\/p><p>9.2 TB Academy is only liable for direct damages up to a maximum of the subscription fee paid by the Customer over the last 12 months, unless there is intent or gross negligence.<\/p><ol start=\"10\"><li><p><strong>Privacy<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ol><p>10.1 TB Academy processes personal data in accordance with the privacy statement on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tb-academy.nl\/en\/privacy-policy\/\">https:\/\/www.tb-academy.nl\/privacyverklaring\/<\/a>.<\/p><p>10.2 Personal data is used exclusively for the execution of the agreement and directly related purposes.<\/p><ol start=\"11\"><li><p><strong>Changes to Terms<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ol><p>11.1 TB Academy reserves the right to change these terms. Changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via the website or by email. <\/p><p>11.2 If the Customer does not object within 14 days after the announcement, the new terms are considered accepted.<\/p><ol start=\"12\"><li><p><strong>Applicable Law and Disputes<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ol><p>12.1 These terms are exclusively governed by Dutch law.<\/p><p>12.2 Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Arnhem-Leeuwarden district.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS TB ACADEMY B.V.
