GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS TB ACADEMY B.V.

Definitions
1.1 In these terms and conditions:
“TB Academy”: TB Academy B.V., located at Hullerpad 13 G, 6741PA Lunteren, The Netherlands, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 90089286.
“Customer”: any natural person or legal entity that subscribes for access to TB Academy’s online modules.
“Services”: the online modules as described on https://www.tb-academy.nl/modules/, accessible via the learning platform.
“Subscription”: access to the Services for the agreed period, in exchange for payment of the subscription fee.
“Right of Withdrawal”: the Customer’s right to terminate the agreement within the statutory period.
Applicability
2.1 These terms and conditions apply to all offers, subscription agreements, and other agreements between TB Academy and the Customer regarding the Services.
2.2 Deviations from these terms are only valid if agreed upon in writing.
Services and Access
3.1 TB Academy provides access to online modules through a secure learning platform.
3.2 Access is personal and non-transferable. Login credentials may not be shared with third parties.
Subscription and Duration
4.1 The Subscription is entered into for an initial period of 12 months (1 year).
4.2 Renewal of the Subscription only occurs with the explicit consent of the Customer. TB Academy will send the Customer a written or email reminder at least one month before the end of the subscription period.
4.3 Cancellation by the Customer can be submitted in writing via email to info@tb-academy.nl or through the customer dashboard, no later than one month before the end of the current subscription period.
Prices and Payment
5.1 Current prices and payment methods are listed on https://www.tb-academy.nl/tarieven/ before concluding the agreement.
5.2 Payment must be made prior to the activation of the Subscription through the offered payment methods.
5.3 All amounts are exclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.
5.4 In case of late payment, TB Academy is entitled to suspend access until full payment is received.
Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation
6.1 Consumers have a right of withdrawal for distance sales of 14 days after the day of registration, provided no access to the modules has been used.
6.2 Exercise of the right of withdrawal must be done in writing via the model form or by an unambiguous statement by email.
6.3 If the Customer has already used the modules, the right of withdrawal for the respective modules expires.
Duty to Inform and Retrievability
7.1 TB Academy informs the Customer prior to the agreement about the essential characteristics of the Services, the price, payment and delivery conditions, and the right of withdrawal.
7.2 The Customer can save and print these general terms and conditions and a specification of the order.
Intellectual Property
8.1 All intellectual property rights to the content of the learning platform belong to TB Academy or its licensors.
8.2 The Customer is not allowed to copy, distribute, or edit the content without prior written permission.
Liability
9.1 TB Academy aims for uninterrupted and error-free service but cannot guarantee this.
9.2 TB Academy is only liable for direct damages up to a maximum of the subscription fee paid by the Customer over the last 12 months, unless there is intent or gross negligence.
Privacy
10.1 TB Academy processes personal data in accordance with the privacy statement on https://www.tb-academy.nl/privacyverklaring/.
10.2 Personal data is used exclusively for the execution of the agreement and directly related purposes.
Changes to Terms
11.1 TB Academy reserves the right to change these terms. Changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via the website or by email.
11.2 If the Customer does not object within 14 days after the announcement, the new terms are considered accepted.
Applicable Law and Disputes
12.1 These terms are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
12.2 Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Arnhem-Leeuwarden district.
